Jeet9 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions apply between the Jeet9 platform (referred to as "Platform" or "we") and registered members (referred to as "you" or "Member"). The following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Betting Balance" Refers to the total funds held in a member's account.

• "Wagering Requirement" Refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Jeet9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be informed via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register with Jeet9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created using false information will be terminated.
• Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited.

KYC Verification: Jeet9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Password Security: If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact us immediately at support@jeet9.ws. Jeet9 will not be held liable for any losses if we are not notified in a timely manner.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Jeet9:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT per day (may vary depending on account level)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer
• Deposits are usually instant. Network issues may cause a delay of up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT per day (higher limits available for verified accounts)
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Jeet9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. The general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Applies to the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 5–10 times the bonus amount. Specific conditions are stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: If a member creates multiple accounts to claim bonuses or uses any fraudulent method, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback Offer: A portion of net losses incurred over a specified period will be returned. Cashback cannot be withdrawn directly — it is credited to your betting balance.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Jeet9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled before it starts due to any issue, the stake will be fully refunded.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue during live betting, the amount will be refunded.
• In the event of an odds error (clearly incorrect odds), Jeet9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Specific limits can be found on the betting page.

If a match is abandoned or postponed: If a match is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. However, different rules may apply for in-play bets where 30+ minutes of play has occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeet9 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Match Fixing or Insider Trading: Any bets placed using insider information or in connection with match-fixing will be voided immediately.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee profits is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using any software or bot to automate betting is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the Jeet9 platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
• Hacking & System Attacks: Any attempt to breach the platform's security is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: No individual may operate more than one account.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Limited information may be shared with partner organisations for identity verification and payment processing purposes.

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the process outlined below:

• Step One: Submit a detailed complaint via live chat or at support@jeet9.ws. An initial response will be provided within 72 hours.
• Step Two: If the initial response does not resolve the issue, it will be escalated to the senior support team. This may take 5–7 business days.
• Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, resolution will be sought through a neutral mediator.

Funds related to a dispute may be placed on hold during the investigation. If the outcome is in the member's favour, the amount will be released promptly.

Jeet9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• Registering with false information or attempting to bypass KYC verification
• Upon evidence of fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• When directed by a court or law enforcement authority
• When a member requests account closure themselves

In case of suspension: The member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to raise an objection. If found innocent following an investigation, the account will be restored.

In the case of permanent closure: If no rule violation is found, any remaining balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
